The Shared Print Committee conducted a five-year Program Review as specified in the Memorandum of Understanding signed by all participating libraries. This review assessed the operations, finance, participation and responsibilities of libraries involved in the program, and future directions of the program. Two surveys were distributed to participating libraries, one was distributed to non-participants and a review of Program alignment with the Best Practices Partnership for Shared Book Collections helped form the basis of this Assessment Report.
